Big Cypress Elementary School is located on the eastern side of Naples and the western fringes of the Big Cypress Natural Preserve, bordering the Everglades. The school attendance zone is very rural, with single-family homes situated on heavily wooded lots. Our campus consists of 20 acres, including an environmental study area with a wetland site, a pineland site, a butterfly garden and dragonfly pond. Our mission is to provide authentically engaging lessons in a positive and safe enivronment for students to attain an education at the highest level of proficiency.
