Strategic Plan

The District School Board of Collier County, along with Superintendent Dennis L. Thompson, has completed a long-range strategic planning and community engagement process to guide district work for the next three years. The process resulted in a vision with clear goals for the Collier County Schools and the associated operational plans to implement this vision. Community members and district staff were given multiple opportunities to provide meaningful input during the planning process. The resulting Strategic Plan received final School Board approval on January 18, 2011.

Survey:
Survey of Collier County Public Schools Strategic Plan Draft Part One measured how well the community felt that the goals and objectives in the plan helped the district meet its vision.
Survey of Collier County Public Schools Strategic Plan Draft Part Two measured community perception of how well the district was doing in regard to the district's new eight operational goals, which will be helpful in assessing future progress.
