It is important that you read all of this information! The Florida Department of Education has developed an online tool to help parents and families throughout the state learn about changes to our standards and assessments. This new resource, called Success Measures will provide parents and students with information on what is being taught and tested in our classrooms. Dismissal & Pick-Up Click here for a District News Release about Late Busses. Car Riders: Students must be picked up by 3:10 pm from Car Rider line. Students can NOT wait in the office or at either parking lot. This is monitored by security video cameras. Every family will receive one car rider sign. Additional cards may be purchased in or office for $3.00. Write your child's name on this card in the large YELLOW area in the middle. Write first and last names in large black print. If you have more than one child, write the other names underneath the first one. Using the black elastic band, hang the tag over your visor. You can slide the card up when you are not in car rider line. If there is a change in the person picking up the child, s/he will not be permitted to get into a car that doesn't have the car rider sign UNLESS a note about this change is given to the teacher that morning or before the day of the change. Emergency forms must be completed with everyone's names allowed to pick up your child. THIS IS FOR ALL OF OUR STUDENTS' SAFETY.... Please pull up as far as you can to the next car when dropping off or picking up. Please watch for and respect our adults who are working at car riders. Please follow their directions! Remind your child(ren) to listen for their name(s) being called and to watch for your car. Dismissal: If your child is going home a different way than his/her normal routine, PLEASE call the front office by 2:00pm. Regardless, if you have sent the teacher a note. It is important to notify the office also.
