Downloading a Gallery item to the Gallery in Mimio tools:

• Double click on mimio Tools icon and leave open on your desktop (see below).

• Click on the Gallery Update Button (see example below).

• The following File Download dialog box will open:

• Click on Open. As you do this you will see the update (in this case Astronomy) glide into the Gallery of mimio Tools (see below).

• Click on the Gallery Update Button (see example below).

• The following File Download dialog box will open:

• Click on Save. The Save As dialog box (see below) will open.
  • Use drop down arrow to select Save in location.
  • Click Save.

  Note: The gallery item will only save as a MCF file. Thus, you will need to open mimio Tools first, and then double click on the gallery item in its new location. It will then glide into mimio Tools. This can also be done by left-clicking on the gallery item, then without letting go, dragging the item into the Gallery.
